DeLinuxCo is a Manjaro Cinnamon Spin

If you are looking for a Windows, Windows 11 or MacOS alternative you have come to the right place.
DeLinuxCo is a spin of Manjaro Cinnamon Desktop.

  • DeLinuxCo includes a few additional packages that are not included by Manjaro.
  • Cinnamon Desktop is reconfigured for better user experience.
  • Cinnamon Desktop Environment (DE) is developed by the Linux Mint team.

Cinnamon code is not altered or modified, it is completely stock, there are no modifications done to Cinnamon itself. Only the configuration of the Desktop is changed. DeLinuxCo is not another “Distribution”, it is a spin, a slightly modified version of Manjaro Cinnamon, for all practical purposes, it is Manjaro Cinnamon. It is meant for a niche group of Linux users, it is not the “GREATEST DISTRO EVER”, it is just a nice looking, stable, functional OS customized for a “workstation” environment.

Because DeLinuxCo is based on an Arch Based system, it is not necessarily ideal for beginners. Linux Mint LMDE ( in our opinion) is the better choice for beginners. But on the other hand you want your software to be running the latest versions, you cannot beat Arch based systems. Manjaro has made it super easy to get started.

Mission Statement

To offer, if nothing else a proof of concept, a complete distribution with minimal configurations by the end user. DeLinuxCo releases may not be a lot of eye candy, but a lot of work goes into user comfort and usability, so that the user can get right to work.

Can you game on DeLinuxCo? Don’t know, never tried, although solitaire works well.
